Drip Irrigation Systems in Home Orchards

Drip irrigation systems are common in commercial and home orchards throughout the region. This presentation will provide an introduction to primary orchard irrigation system components, set up, maintenance, timing, and most common problems.

Livestock Advisors training course begins
6:00 - 9:00 Wednesdays
University Center at Everett Station

The ten-week series covers feeding, breeding, and housing for beef, sheep, goats, poultry, and swine. Other topics covered include mud, manure, pasture, and predator challenges with a special focus on the latest in livestock best management practices. Folks are asked to return 50 hours of volunteer time over  2 years. Cost for the ten-week course is $125, with a $50 rebate returned when the volunteer hours requirement is satisfied.
